Supporting DoPpleGang is always optional. No payment is required to join, play, progress or receive normal community support.
A Community Effort
DoPpleGang is a non-profit, independently operated gaming community. Our servers and supporting infrastructure are privately rented and funded through voluntary community support.
Any support received goes directly towards keeping the network online, maintaining the systems behind it and allowing the community to continue growing.

Anyone interested in supporting the community can open a private ticket in the DoPpleGang Discord.

Support helps cover the infrastructure used by the whole community rather than providing an advantage over other players.

DoPpleGang operates independently and pays for the infrastructure needed to keep the community running.
ARK Servers
DoPpleGang does not rent or resell ARK: Survival Ascended server hosting. We privately rent the underlying hardware infrastructure and operate our own ASA community cluster on that hardware.
Keeping DoPpleGang Running
Support helps cover the ongoing costs behind the DoPpleGang community, including but not limited to server infrastructure, hosting, website services, bots, backups and other services used by the community.
Custom Player Systems
We rent the infrastructure needed to keep DoPpleGang online, but wherever possible we develop and maintain our own systems to help keep ongoing costs down. This includes DoP_BOT, DoP_SirCom, player rewards, account linking, shops, deliveries and other community tools.
Community Improvements
New maps, service improvements and other additions that benefit the wider DoPpleGang community.
Support does not replace the rules
Donating does not provide immunity from the community rules, influence staff decisions or entitle anyone to special treatment.

Because server payments and infrastructure costs are paid on an ongoing basis, contributions are considered non-refundable. Any mistake or payment concern should be reported privately through the ticket system so it can be reviewed properly.
